Angela Jedinak, MSW, LICSW Mental Health Practitioner- Buffalo

Many of us at some time in our life have difficulty getting through stressful times. We as human beings are biologically wired to be together and process our stories in tandem. In therapy sessions, Angela creates a safe space for you to begin your healing journey through attunement and exploration of how you experience the world around you. In new experiences through therapy, you can begin to gain insight, feel change and experience personal growth. She recognizes that each individual brings unique experiences and therefore approaches each person’s treatment with dignity, unconditional positive regard and empathy. She can be contacted at 612-408-7975 or This email address is being protected from spambots. She has worked in many environments including in homes, schools and the community.  Angela is trained in Brainspotting, a powerful intervention for trauma and other stressors one may be experiencing in which they cannot process and overcome on their own. Recognizing that people have different needs, Angela is able to bring appropriate modalities into therapy sessions, including CBT, TF-CBT, Animal Assisted Therapy and practicing emotional regulations skills.

Angela completed her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University. Much of Angela’s post graduate training has been with the MN Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis where she studied attachment organization, the process of examining the unconscious and transference.
