With over 25 years of experience in the mental health and chemical dependency field, I bring both heart and perspective to the work I do. My career has taken me through many roles—from direct service to leadership positions including Director of a 245G program and Chief Financial Officer—giving me a deep understanding of both the human side of care and the systems that support it. My experience also includes overseeing revenue cycle management and health insurance billing, helping organizations build sustainable practices that support both quality care and long-term success.
I am also a qualified Family and Civil Neutral (ADR), where I value creating a space for respectful communication, clarity, and fair resolution. I believe that when people feel heard and supported, meaningful progress is possible—even in difficult situations.
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: a strong belief in quality of care. Every person’s situation is unique, and they deserve services that reflect that. I’m passionate about building systems and environments that not only support clients, but also honor and sustain the professionals doing this important work every day.
