Jennifer Urbach

Jennifer Urbach, MA, LPCC- Lino Lakes

Jennifer would feel honored to be a part of your journey to help improve life satisfaction one step at a time.  She is committed to creating a safe environment to build healthy relational patterns.  Jennifer usually begins at the here and now, your current functioning, looking at barriers. Then she moves on to help problem solve,  look at hopes and dreams for your future. Often our past experiences impact our current relationships or functioning now. Some of those can be trauma or relationship hurts that we can help make peace with. This can help improve the here and now so together in therapy she can help you work towards your future and improve your narrative about your life.  You can then take these new narratives and achieved goals into your future. Jennifer also does a holistic approach with mind, body, spirit. She personally works on her own growth in these ways so she is right there with you. She has Christian faith and is willing to bring this into the therapy process as much or as little as you would like.  Jennifer would feel honored to be a part of your journey to help improve life satisfaction one step at a time. To schedule an appointment please call 763-291-5505 (office) or 651-317-9081 (direct) or email her at This email address is being protected from spambots.
