We are a small group practice with 3 locations (Rogers, Buffalo, and Lino Lakes) and an opening in the Rogers office and Elk River Schools. We are a growing company with a encouraging and loving environment for both you and your clients. We work with individuals, adolescents, couples, families. We also provide Daring Way™ Groups, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Skills groups, chemical health assessments and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Co-Located School Linked Mental Health Therapist - Elk River School District/Rogers location

 

Looking for a fun counseling group to work with in a school environment?? Bridging Hope Counseling is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LMFT or LPCC) to be our co-located school linked mental health therapist. Bridging Hope Counseling provides free supervision, in-office intake scheduling, billing, EHR, support with marketing, credentialing, compliance,  and supportive group meetings. Candidates can work 15+ client hours, plus hours within the school supporting school staff in meetings, support, crisis situations, IEP meetings and more. This is an employee position.

  

Candidate must have the following:

· Fully licensed as a therapist in the state of MN (LPCC or LMFT)

· Open to working with children and/or adolescents

· Open to working with families

· Good organizational skills

· Understanding of necessary paperwork

· Motivation

· Technology skills

· Understanding of DBT (ok if not trained)

· Open to co-facilitating DBT Skills groups or other groups

· Understanding trauma

· Willingness to take on new ventures

· Good communication skills, good team skills, ability to work in different offices and collaborate with other therapists

Full-Time Fully Licensed - Rogers

 

Bridging Hope Counseling is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC (w/systemic training)) in Rogers. Bridging Hope Counseling provides, in-office intake scheduling, credentialing, billing, EHR, support with marketing, compliance, supportive group meetings, as well as a furnished office in a cozy atmosphere an family oriented company. Candidates can work 25+ client hours with availability of at least 2 evenings, 5 days a week.

Candidate must have the following:

· Fully licensed as a mental health professional in the state of MN

· Open to working with children and/or adolescents

· Open to working with couples and families

· Good organizational skills

· Understanding of necessary paperwork

· Motivation

· Technology skills

· Preferred experience leading DBT groups (we are open to training the right person if you don't have experience)

· Open to co-facilitating DBT Skills groups or other groups

· Understanding trauma

· Willingness to take on new ventures

· Good communication skills, good team skills, ability to work in different offices and collaborate with other therapists
