Jeana Wescott, MA - Rogers

Jeana holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.  She has over 5 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She has extensive experience working with adolescents with depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal ideation in day treatment and high school settings.  Jeana is available for appointments Monday-Friday and available evenings. Jeana enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.  Her special areas of interest include depression, anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, trauma, grief and loss, intimate partner violence, divorce, and spirituality.  Her experience working with couples explores gaining healthy communication, relationship repair, gaining connection, and reaching emotional intimacy.  She also enjoys her work with women to gain personal growth and self-esteem, improving relationships, addressing emotional and sexual health concerns, and obtaining physical wellness alongside mental health.

Jeana understands the vulnerability it takes to make the first step to come into the therapeutic space. She believes in collaboration with clients to offer a safe environment which promotes a positive sense of self and encourages lasting change.
