Maddie believes that people are the experts on their own experiences. As a therapist, Maddie works towards empowering and equipping others to be agents of change in their own lives. Her desire is to help people flourish within difficult and complex circumstances. She provides an outside alternative perspective that can help expand views of hope. Maddie’s therapeutic specialities include anxiety, depression, social anxiety, insomnia, life transitions, and spiritual concerns. Maddie holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University. Maddie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Maddie has spent the last three years practicing digital cognitive behavioral therapy at a mental health start-up company.

Outside of the office, Maddie is a national park enthusiast, plays nine instruments, and can often be found paddling around in her kayak: the Dawn Treader.
