Tasha Rischmiller MA, Psychotherapist - Rogers

Tasha has a degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has completed her master's degree in Psychological Services at St. Mary's University. She has a passion working with teens and adults in multiple settings including individual, couple, group therapy and is trained in EMDR. Tasha believes that each person's indivual journey is unique and that they have the knowledge to unlock their own happiness. By listening and empowering her clients, Tasha helps facilitate a safe environment that promotes exploration of feelings and positive change.  Tasha is currently facilitating DBT groups for adolescent girls and adult women in Rogers.
