Insurance
We are in-network with most major insurance companies. We also accept private pay and can work with you on various payment options that fit your specific situation.
We currently do not accept Medicare.
We encourage you to check with your insurance company to verify we are in network with your specific plan.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
No Surprise Act Billing
< Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services. You will be given a good faith estimate for the amount per session in your intake packet before services begin.
Statements
< Billing statements can be found in your portal on the 7th of each month, you will only be charged for the statement balance of any claims that have previously processed through your insurance.
