Every individual is worthy of acceptance, peace, and happiness, and we all have the power to create needed change within our lives. Challenges and struggles do not need to be faced alone. Seeking help can be difficult, which is why I strive to provide a positive and accepting environment for my clients, supporting them wherever they are on their mental health journey.
Taking a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I lean on my training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives. I work with teens, adults, and couples to achieve emotional balance, build stronger relationships, and lead healthier lives. I am passionate about supporting clients who face challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transition, grief, interpersonal conflict, neurodivergence, post-partum health, and self-worth. As a counseling intern pursuing my LPCC at the University of North Dakota, it is a privilege to be able to hear clients’ stories and work with them to process life’s challenges, set and achieve goals, and find satisfaction and fulfillment in their lives.
