Jessica is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals and groups to achieve their goals. As an Intern at Bridging Hope Counseling, I want to explore and walk beside people to enhance their life. I have been in the substance use and mental health field for about 20 years focusing primarily on substance use. I am currently a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor. I want to continue supporting people in identifying thoughts, feelings and beliefs that result in behaviors that are incongruent with how you want to live your life. I offer a person-centered approach to understanding what the individual needs and seeking solutions that create a satisfying experience in your life. I am available to see individuals, couples, families, and teens.
Jessica has a Master of Science in Sociology from Mankato State University. She is currently finishing up her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.
