The connection we have with others can bring us joy, peace, and healing. For these reasons, I have been in the business of helping people navigate relationship and life challenges since 2009. I’ve worked with people of all ages and enjoy partnering alongside individuals and families as they work through conflict and difficult situations. I use a holistic approach to therapy because the mind, body, and spirit are intricately connected. I strive to create a warm, inviting environment for individuals seeking therapy and I trust that you bring your own expertise and wisdom with you. I’m interested to know how your relationships are working, how you solve problems, and how you tolerate things that feel hard. I can help you sort through the issues you’re experiencing while increasing your skills to tolerate discomfort, manage emotions better, and solve difficult relationship problems.  I consider it an honor to bear witness to your process of personal growth and relational development.

I also have extensive training and experience using play therapy with children. In the words of Psychologist Jean Piaget: “Play is the work of childhood.” Just as adults use words to express themselves, children use play. When children can express themselves freely and with support, they can do the work that will move them through difficult experiences. It’s a joy to offer a safe space for children to be heard and seen.
