Lindsay has worked in residential treatment, partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient program, and outpatient therapy. She has served adolescents and adults with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and self-esteem issues. Lindsay utilizes many CBT and DBT principles in her sessions and believes that everyone can benefit from learning skills to manage emotions.

Her favorite metaphor as a therapist is referring to challenges as a mountain. “Mountains know secrets we need to learn. That it might take time, it might be hard, but if you just hold on long enough, you will find the strength to rise up.” -Tyler Knott Gregson.
