As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families, providing inclusive and affirming care to all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship systems. I take care to create a safe, non-judgmental, and accepting space for clients to process through and navigate life’s challenges.

My eclectic approach often integrates components of mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and skills-building, aiming to support folks in developing healthy relationships with themselves and others. My practice involves a systemic, holistic, and non-pathologizing lens, with treatment modalities being adapted to fit the personal needs of each unique client.

I received my master’s of arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and my bachelor’s of science in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and completed my training at Yess Yoga (Yoga Alliance).

Outside of the therapy office, I love to spend time in nature, reading a good book, and hanging out with my dog!
