Sarah Fox, MA, LPCC, Psychotherapist
Life can often take us down unpredictable, and at times overwhelming paths. It is a natural response to feel lost, hopeless, worried and uncertain of what to do next. If you are feeling that way, therapy can be a great place to explore those feelings and start to create changes to live your most authentic and joyful life. I believe it is my role to create a warm and safe space to do this work and be alongside you, in the passenger seat, as you decide what route to take.
I understand that the struggles you are faced with are unique and I am here to treat you as an individual with distinct needs. While working together we will discover and celebrate your strengths and collaborate to find the tools you need to take on future paths confidently. I know the decision to start therapy can be unnerving but together we can travel through even the most treacherous roads.
I work with individuals, teens, families, couples and groups. I have a strong passion for working with, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, career/education concerns and CBT & DBT skills.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Minnesota. I have received my bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
