Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Adlerian therapy and experience supporting individuals, families, and couples, I am dually licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I hold a B.A. from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and an M.A. from Adler Graduate School in Minnetonka, MN, I have developed a well-rounded therapeutic approach grounded in both clinical expertise and person-centered care.

I am passionate about helping individuals work through trauma, addiction, and relational challenges. Her experience spans a variety of settings, including substance use treatment, working with survivors of sex trafficking and domestic violence, as well as providing support for individuals 13 and older. My work also includes facilitating couples and family therapy, as well as co-parenting sessions for uncoupled individuals navigating the complexities of raising children together.

With a particular interest and training in working with law enforcement, first responders, and others in high-stress professions, I understand the unique emotional and psychological challenges faced by those in demanding roles. I am dedicated to providing trauma-informed care that fosters healing, resilience, and sustainable growth. Whether working through post-traumatic stress, relationship dynamics, or addiction recovery, I take a holistic, empathetic approach to therapy, empowering clients to achieve lasting change and emotional well-being.

Above all, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, address their struggles, and work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
