As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space for adults navigating life’s challenges and transitions. I work with individuals ages 18 and older who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, parenting techniques, work-related stress, and career or life direction challenges. I also enjoy supporting couples and marriages in strengthening communication, rebuilding connection, and working through difficult seasons together.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process past experiences, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful and fulfilling lives.
In addition to mental health counseling, I offer support to parents and students preparing for college, career counseling, and navigating major life transitions. Christian counseling and faith-based integration are also available upon request for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process.
Whether you are seeking healing from trauma, support in relationships, help managing overwhelming emotions, or guidance in finding clarity and direction, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
