“Every person’s story is unique, meaning that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to counseling. As a mental health provider, it is a privilege to hear your story and walk alongside you as we work collaboratively toward meaningful change. I believe in taking a holistic approach to counseling to treat the whole person. I am passionate about helping clients build emotional resilience and become equipped with practical tools for overcoming life’s challenges. My style is a blend of authenticity, humor, and a genuine desire to meet people where they are at.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, music, spending time with family, and fine-tuning my favorite baking recipes.

I am currently a graduate student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bethel University.
