My passion is to equip clients with practical tools to overcome their present circumstances and live full and meaningful lives. I use a holistic approach to therapy, integrating mental, emotional, biological, and spiritual components to ensure treatment of the whole person. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety.

I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, children, perinatal/postpartum women, and engaged/newly married couples.

I have worked in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings with individuals struggling with a wide variety of disorders including Mood Disorders, Self-Esteem Issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Grief/Loss, Women’s Issues, Perinatal/Postpartum Mood Disorders, and Trauma.

I have used a variety of treatment methods depending on the client and situation including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Mindful Relaxation Techniques. I am a certified SYMBIS facilitator for engaged and newly married couples. As faith can be an important part of life and healing, I am comfortable integrating Christian faith into counseling if requested.

I have a M.A.Ed. in Clinical Counseling from Malone University and received my B.A. in Psychology from Lee University. I enjoy reading, jogging, traveling, and spending time with family.
