I believe seeking help is a sign of strength, and I’ll work with you to develop healthy strategies to manage the challenges that you face. My energetic yet relaxed style helps my clients regain their sense of power over their lives. I aim to meet you where you are at and strive to provide a safe, open, and empowering space where you can feel at ease to begin the therapeutic process.
I currently hold a Master’s degree in Addiction Studies: Advanced Practice with a focus on Co-Occurring Disorders from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I provide therapy for individuals, families, and groups at the Lino Lakes Location. I have experience working as a licensed alcohol drug counselor and supervisor, along with experience working with individuals who have struggled with trauma, grief and loss.
Finding the right therapist is not a “one size fits all”. I have numerous therapy models that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory. Having strong therapeutic rapport with my clients is vital to the process and journey that is therapy. I believe “nothing changes if nothing changes,” and when you’re ready to begin this process, please reach out to me. I would be happy to sit alongside you for this journey.
