It takes strength to reach out for help. Some of us have heard the message that you’re weak if you ask for help. I get it. I want to be a safe and non-judgemental place to explore your experiences and help you discover the strength you have. I believe healing is possible. I work with children, teens, families, individuals, couples and groups.
Suzanne has her Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University. Suzanne is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She prioritizes providing a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to work through and process the challenges they are facing. Listening to client’s stories is her primary focus, to help them take the necessary steps to attain their goals and achieve healing. She seeks to meet her clients where they are, explore with them where they would like to be, and support them on their path of getting there. She utilizes a collaborative integrated approach, with a focus on the client’s strengths, matching therapy to the individual needs of the client.
Suzanne was trained as a grief facilitator in a previous facility. She was a grief group facilitator for kids age 4-18.
