    Every person needs someone on their team as they journey toward health and wholeness. Kellie is passionate about fostering a safe place for others to be empowered to face the hard things in life.

    Kellie takes a blended approach to therapy, valuing aspects of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. These orientations focus on the working through experiences and thought patterns in order to develop skills that allow clients to thrive emotionally. Kellie has experience working with adolescents experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD, as well as engaging in faith-based counseling as a youth pastor. Working with individual adolescents and young adults aged 11-25 is an area of special interest for Kellie, as she has a background is in Middle and High School Education and Youth Work. These experiences have equipped Kellie to engage both youth and adults with empathy, warmth, and ease.

    Kellie is currently a student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. She is working towards achieving a LPC License in Minnesota.
