My Name is Kelsey- LPCC, LADC

Life is rarely one thing or the other. You can be holding it together and falling apart. You can want things to be different and feel unsure how to get there. You can be strong and tired of carrying so much. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to simplify your experience or pick a side. We make room for what’s hard and for what’s possible.
My style is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We’ll talk things through and work on real tools you can use outside of sessions. Some days that looks like learning skills to manage emotions or anxiety, and other days it looks like slowing down, understanding patterns, and giving yourself a little more grace.
I take the whole picture into account — family, relationships, school or work stress, and everything else that shows up in daily life. Together, we focus on feeling more grounded and more confident, more in control and more compassionate toward yourself.
Whether you’re a teen trying to make sense of intense emotions or an adult feeling stretched thin, you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about supporting you as you are and helping you move forward.
    Because healing isn’t either/or.
    It’s an AND thing.
