Suzanne Rolf is a licensed mental health professional with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. She offers a supportive, compassionate, and inclusive space to foster healing and growth. Suzanne utilizes a collaborative, eclectic approach to therapy that focuses on each client’s strengths and integrates evidence-based modalities tailored to the needs of each client. Her therapeutic focus is on humanistic, relational, client-centered, strengths-based, and systemic-focused modalities. Suzanne has been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Positive Psychology, grief and loss, and play therapy. Her knowledge is grounded in clinical experience and specialized training.

Education and Professional Credentials:
Suzanne earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University in 2020 and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2017. She has been a National Certified Counselor since 2020 and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2022, and became a MN Board-Approved Supervisor for LPC/LPCC candidates in 2025.
